First stage: Condensation with water condenser, Second Stage: Neutralization in Alkali, Third Stage: Neutralization in Water, Fourth Stage: Dissolution of air free of acid fumes in raw tank water.
Recirculation Pump: Non corrosive centrifugal inbuilt magnetic suction pump for water recirculation in 8 litres tank avoids requirement of running water during digestion.
Non Corrosive submergible pump for condenser water recirculation.
Motor Capacity: 30 Litres per Hour for six & eight place digestion system
Motor Capacity: 60 Litres per Hour for twelve & twenty place digestion system
Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) / Stainless Steel Tank of capacity 8 litres
